Helped my anxiety
I have terrible anxiety to the point where it causes breakdowns sometimes,. I’ve tried breathing and many other physical things and nothing seemed to truly work. I came across this candle on Instagram and decided to give it a chance. Best Decision I’ve made in a long time.
The packaging was great and as soon as I opened it up I felt a breath of fresh air. I took a bath and had this candle on my sink & it filled my entire home with good vibes. It smells lovely and I feel much better.
Brittany gave me some great tips on how I can utilize my candle and other ways to help manage my anxiety and I’ve been feeling much better . Ofcourse I’m taking it day by day but I’m happy with my results and I love this candle. I ordered 3 more for my sisters and an extra for me ;)
